They treated me unfairly and stuck my refund. Initially they refused to give me the refund. DoorDash later intervened in the matter and is trying their best to get my refund.
They always make my subs amazing, and twice now I have called in after making a door dash order to ask for extra condiments or toppings because there is no “extra” feature on door dash and they always do it for me :! Such lovely people
My rice bowl was undercooked and the bowl was only filled half way, for 11$! Undercooked half portions! Im not a grain mill. I do not enjoy chewing rice that much, and shouldnt have to for that overpriced bowl

One of my favourite Subway’s in Kingston. Every mobile order I’ve had at this restaurant has been completed on time. Thank you to the hard working staff! The other nice thing about this subway is that they are open late!
I really like their subs. But the five star is mostly for the service. Throughout my visits to this branch, I have seen that most employees are very helpful and friendly. Yesterday evening an employee went back inside to check ingredients for me even though I didn’t ask her to do so. She just noticed that I was a little worried about the ingredients. She made my day!
I hate giving poor reviews, but after being a weekly customer, who always tips, I was very disappointed with the customer service this evening. I get Covid changed things, but now that things are open again, bathrooms for paying customers should be provided. I was told to go across the street to Tim Hortons to use their washroom. Absolutely unacceptable.
A generous two stars only because the young lady who served me was very polite. However, she was also alone and clearly overworked. I came in today just after 7am to get a breakfast sandwich. There was no bacon, and it was very clear that the veggies were not prepped fresh. It was yesterday's prep pulled from the fridge. She had to keep running to the back to get things for my sandwich because she was unprepared for customers. I also didn't leave with the sandwich I wanted, because the ingredients either weren't available or looked too gross to eat. Now an hour later, I feel very sick and have to go work a 10 hour shift. I won't ever come back. How could I?
This was the best experience i've ever had at subway! Harmeen helped me choose everything from topping to which sauce to put on as I was unsure and Indecisive! Will definitely be returning for another sub here very soon!
