It gets one star because I can't give it a zero star food disgusting and the manger treats staff and customers like dirt he is so rude. Understaffed and forced the women to work late shift on there own. Because the girls are alone they are easy targets and have been physically attacked more then one please avoid at all costs it's not worth your time or money
Understaff may be… I ordered food yesterday…haven’t received as i ordered and some items were missed…portion i ordered was large nd received regular…still lady was arguing with me on call that i did large portion….no customer service provide if they forgot packing our food to provide to our home..:. When we asked to collect in one hour…she was like we are closing in near time…lady was polite but she said i was alone so mistake happened. So I request subway to put enough staff as it can ruins someones evening if they don’t receive enough food eventhough paid fully for food. Second time experience i M adding here…ordered food again and again i am disappointed by this subway branch…now i will stop ordering anything from here…wedges was half cooked…and in sub no enough veggies and sauce…bread was not that fluffy…inshort sub was like any child can have that fully.
Toasted subway was barely lukewarm and they were a bit stingy on the ingredients, especially the cheese. Service was quick, and tables and chair were clean.
One nice lady working. the old man was so rude to me as a customer and to her as a employee. There was nobody in there and still was waiting to pay for ages food wasn’t even very nice, awful experience due to the male staff.
Place is a dive. Dried in food up the walls. Poor seating arrangement, wobbly tables and chairs. Hot tea machine never working. One food chiller cabinet not working, all foods cramed into the only other working cabinet. Foods contaminated into each other, an issue for food allergy sufferers. In general a grotty, unwelcoming place.
Placed and order through Just Eat app. Gave more than 2 hours and requested for freshly baked cookies. Cookies wasn’t boxed. Delivery came late and the cookies was hard like toast. I made a grave mistake ordering from subway Gillingham high street. Will never recommend.
Worst customer service I have ever experienced. Two females who clearly do not want to work at this restaurant. From their sighing and eye rolling to providing below minimal extras such as salad and sauce, where I am forced to request more. Makes you question how they are able keep their job. As a repeat customer, i have allowed them the benefit of the doubt but this is not a one off occurance.
I was here last Sunday and the food was so delicately crafted that I thought for a moment that I wasn't at subway. The staff were so nice to me, one of the best costumer services I've witnessed. Overall, please come here on a Sunday, that's a day I can promise amazing people to serve you sandwiches.
Breads are mostly not fluffy & frowned. Staff's are quite rush. Compare to other subways this one have limited salad options. Now they allow Dine in. Overall: Average
I used to have a 3 star rating for this store but I've dropped it to a 1 because in the last year it has seriously fallen in standards that already wasn't great. The staff are incompetent and one particular staff member working there at the moment is abusive and I'm quite sure she was either drunk or under the influence of some sort of opiate several days ago
