This was a fabulous restaurant to get a takeaway from, where all of the options are clearly displayed above the counter. Here, I was served by very friendly staff with no wait whatsoever; I bought my food for a reasonable price of around £5 and the restaurant had cleanliness fully maintained! The staff gave me my order promptly at the counter and I had the delicious combo of a Turkey sub with Nacho Chicken Bites, accompanied by ketchup.
I ordered the new Chimichurri steak 6 inch. Cost over £7 with a meal deal. This is the second one that I’ve had - my first one being at a different restaurant. This one tasted awful as I think the chimichurri sauce, which is usually my favourite tasted like it had gone bad. It was super bitter and had a strong vinegar taste. I got the feeling that the staff were absolutely useless before I got my sandwich, due to them checking every little aspect of the menu with everyone asking and not really having a clue what they were on about. When I complained about the taste that ruined my whole sandwich they just said oh sorry we will pass it on to manager. No offer of a refund or a free sandwich next time. Disgrace. Won’t be coming back and this is my local.

Yo? This is one of the top 3 Subways in Bradford-Leeds area, it's quite clean and also spacious for people who dine in. The staff remember my order and have it prepared within a few minutes. Vegetarian options: There's lots to choose for all who love plants! I personally eat a lot of vegetables even if I have one or two meats in the Sub, I would recommend most Subway stores for vegetarians, unless it's unclean, however, this one is clean. : Dietary restrictions: There are now gluten-free bread options and also lots of veggies, I believe there is not yet lactose-intolerant milk-free cheese available but that would be a great addition. Kid-friendliness: The facility is quite kind friendly, there aren't a lot of places to fall down except on one small step into the store, there's also Kids' Pak meal deal, I believe it's called.
ordered a classic bmt, what came was a chicken sandwich, which was dry and falling to pieces. disgusting.Food: 1/5
JUST EAT!!!!! DONT DO BOTHER. Placed an order via Just Eat and 2 items missing and half the order had things either not included even though chose on the app or added stuff which wasn't requested. No refund offered for the 2 items. Poor poor poor service!Food: 2/5
Shocking customer service, has no one told your workers that it is common curiosity to say hello to your customers when they walk into the door. Not just give a thousand mile stare right through them and then walk off. I'd name the person serving but they weren't wearing a name badge.Food: 3/5
