today I recieved very bad service.. as I love getting my salad for a lunch .. I was skipped in the queue by team member , had to wait almost 15 min to get my order ...30 min break lady messed up my order and put what I requested to do not have .. during lunch time the most experience people should be on making orders not on the till or taking the orders .. and they put a new girl on food preparation. I will never go there again , always I'm waiting 10 -15 min to be served .
Not great at all for a vegetarian. The cheese has always got meat bits on it. The staff don't always change their gloves when doing the meat and then the salad. Basically I can't eat here. Shame because the food is nice but Subway really need to look at how food is prepared. I understand the risk of cross contamination but actual meat bits on the cheese, really?!
I visited this subway some weeks back and was served by a middle-aged woman, small, short blonde hair. I can't remember her name, just that she was incredibly attentive and polite - not something I expect to find in a fast food chain. Will definitely try to come back here because of her great customer service skills!
Lets be honest, this is subway you know what you are getting so I'm writing this review on the store not on the food. The staff is quick and they actually place the food into the sandwich instead of just tossing it in meaning that the sandwich does not fall apart. Yes this subway does serve pork I know quite a few in london do not. This subway also has carrots which was discontinued in most subways!
Worst subway I ever went to. I've been here 3 times so far as I keep wishing it was Subway as I'm used to but sadly it isn't. Staff can't communicate well so you need to repeat your order multiple times genuinely not picky but this is just too much. 12 inch is never cut well so you rip your sandwich into pieces when you try to separate the baguette leaving all of the inside of the sandwich on the paper...whenever I'd go there it was after 6:00 afternoon with the same staff being there so maybe it's just them 2 which can't work.
Worst Subway I havee ever visited. Service was horrible, ordered a tuna sub foot long the guy making the sandwich was very cheap with the tuma, putting half a scoop on. Th female closing the sale need to be taught customer service. Will Never go back.
Fast and efficient at most times of the day. Good for lunch take out or sit down. Only problem is the drink machine. One cannot see ingredients in various drinks on offer.
The service is great and it's a pleasure to eat here. I wish the ladies from this branch could roll out their good practice to other cafes in South London.
Super efficient service. My Girlfriend didn't like the olives in my sandwich so didn't eat it. Would order olives again.
They don't partake in most of the advertised deals that Subway has but its still a pretty good sandwich shop!
