I ordered a subway from deliveroo and was received a horrible order, they gave me the wrong bread when I asked for Italian, and as I ordered it off deliveroo I expected it to come in a box like it usually does but they instead carelessly wrapped it. They also decided to put a grumpy face on my order number, I have ordered a deliveroo from this subway many times and it has always been good but this time it was absolutely atrocious.
I ordered 3 chicken breast salads via uber eats, when the salads arrived, 1 was missing the chicken. I spoke to the store who said i needed to contact Uber eats and they could refund me. Its not Uber eats who made the bloody thing!! This is the 2nd time this has happened, the first time i ordered 2 chicken and bacon salads and received 1 with just chicken and 1 with just bacon. I suggest that the branch get more competent staff!! Awful service!!
ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE Dirty blu roll near all the food Everywhere was disgusting 4 people and they didn’t have a clue what they was doing and there was a queue backed out the door All the staff were slow and eating in the back and on there phones I will not be going there again
Subway needs to close this place down. Sent the wrong order with items missing, the remaining items wrong. When we called to follow up, was told "Your order has nothing to do with me" and got told to eff off !! before putting the phone down. For a major brand to be fronted by muppets like this is a serious dent in the reputation. Do not shop here.

2 nice lads helped me out telling me the price of everything and just helped me out with everything as it was my first time without my dad being there and so I had my best first experience and thank you. This also goes to show that there are nice people still left in this world Kid-friendliness: I am a child
The worst subway I have ever eaten. Paid £6 for a steak salad and there kust have only been about 5 pieces of steak, everything was the bare minimum. About 4 slices of olives, and 3 slices of peppers and grated cheese I asked for, I could barely see any. Really really disappointed, when I opened my box. This was a take out and I hadn't seen how much the lady had put in. Absolute rips offs. The worst subway I've been to.
Coffee is easily the worst I've ever tasted, flavourless dishwater, quite disgusting. Only do a sausage or bacon sub in the morning and not through the day, there really nice so it's just annoying when you just fancy a simple sausage or bacon sub in a place that has so many choices of filling that I don't want.
