They've made the bread even smaller now, so you're getting less bread for your money, they're also incredibly stingy with the toppings. I had an every so light sprinkle of olives I had to ask for more 4 or 5 times to get to what I'd call a healthy helping. Subway are officially ruined for me, taking away the £5 drink and footlong was the first nail in the coffin, the final nail was making the bread so small Vegetarian options: Somehow more expensive than the meat for a bunch of veggies
I have never been so insulted in my life. I popped in today to grab some lunch and took my time looking over the menu. It's been a long time since I had a subway and the menu has somewhat changed. Whilst viewing the menu a lady jumped in front of me to order whilst looking at her phone. No problem there. I wasn't ready. The man serving in the glasses then had a brief discussion with the young lady working there,they looked at me and laughed. When I came to order the younger lady and an older lady ,who was working there, started speaking a language I didn't understand and both looked at me laughing. I felt very unwelcome and felt it was unprofessional. Looks like it will be along time again until my next Subway, well from this branch anyway.
I have used several Subway outlets in the UK and across the world but this is the worst experience I have ever had. Not only they refused to honour the offers they were part of but after sales customer service is appalling too. Try to avoid this outlet and you are better off going to others nearby!
Great fresh food and friendly service. Got so much meat in my sub the server was struggling to close it! Highly recommend it
Really bad experience not first time . They are refusing to check the offers . The same thing from 6 months about system. Advertising kids menu with 3.35 £ is box on advertising but they haven’t got. Never ever will go there. Disappointing.
Wokingham subway is always top tier service, specs man always goes above and beyond for myself which is always appreciated. Keep up the good workFood: 5/5
Been using subways for years and loved the introduction of the wrap but Wokingham are definitely cutting corners on the filling
To say I’m disappointed is an understatement so to start off they charged my card 3 times and then refused to give me my food then to top it off when I questioned about the money going out 3 times the staff both started screaming and shouting racial abuse at myself and my younger sister which is completely out of line. Then when asking for a manager they told me to fxck off to say I wasn’t happy after that would be a lie I’m disgusted with there behaviour, then when I asked for a number to make a complaint the main staff worker shouting at me wrote it down and threw it on the floor near my feet. Hopefully once customer service answer the phone they will do something about this because they need to be fired in my opinion.
Guy serving was quite rude. He acted like he didn’t want to serve us the place was dirty like the chopping boards are old and have lots of black knives makes on. When it came to the subs they were super stingy with literally only putting like 3 slices of cucumber on a foot long but saying they would charge for put more on never had this issue before.
You could forgive them for not cracking a smile. You could forgive them for prioritising Deliveroo orders over waiting customers. But the "Sandwich Artists" as they call themselves are clearly trying out the "less is more" trend. I'm not a sandwich connoisseur but one should not have to ask them to put more than 3 leaves of spinach on a footlong or to spread it evenly. Same goes for pickles we counted 5 initially, especially when dealing with a pregnant wife with cravings. Should have gone to Greggs or a Tesco meal deal - which we will do next time.
