I have had quite a few bad experiences at this Subway and would advice others to avoid. The staff always do Just eat orders before customers who are in the store waiting, even if there is a big queue. The service is very slow and just very poor customer service all around. The times where i have actually had a sandwich from here it has been poor, everythings just been thrown on, bread hasnt even been cut. I came in today, as usual the one employee started on just eat orders before even taking notice of me, she finished the one and despite me waiting there she moved on to the next just eat order. As it was just me and my 3 year old around i thought id be able to take him to the toilet without losing my space in the queue and thought she would be done with the just eat orders by the time i got out.I took my son to use the toilet got back and there was two more people in the queue, she had finished the second just eat order and then moved on to a third that had just come in despite there now being three people waiting in the queu. I didnt even wait and went elsewhere for food. Im not going back to this subway and would advise others to avoid if you can.
The service is so ridiculously slow. They are never able to offer any of the rewards available on my app this has now happened multiple times. The staff serving can barely understand English so you find yourself repeating yourself over and over and over again. And if you raise an issue with them, like I had to when 2 items that should have been free on my app were not coming off their screen very much a ‘computer says no’ attitude! they don’t know where their manager is and when I asked what they would do to help me sort out the issue, the reply I got was “can you just pay because I have other customers to serve!” Really shocking customer service and I wouldn’t recommend, especially if you’re in any kind of rush. That was today’s episode which has prompted this review, but as an aside, I have ordered online from this same subway on 2 occasions now and have collected my order and got home, only to realise that the order has been incorrectly made up. It is our misfortune that this happens to be the nearest subway to my home and I keep thinking it surely can’t be as bad this time. But today has definitely been my last attempt. I’d much rather travel further out for someone who can a understand my order and b who has the slightest idea of how to deal with a customer. I do not recommend at all! *Just to clarify, I have given the food 3 stars because when they get your order right, the food is great, exactly what you’d expect from a Subway, but sadly it is so hit and miss as to whether you’ll get the right food that I couldn’t give anything more than a 3.
Ordered food, the bread was burnt. Wanted to use points as I was full on them but offered to pay for the sides. She charged me for both and couldnt understand about deducting points. Was running late so paid and didn't evengave the receipt for my purchase.Food: 1/5
Ordered for pickup, then when i got home to open up it didn’t have any of the sauces or vegetables i asked for on the app. wasn’t toasted either. When i went to pickup the lady said there’s no order in my name and had to wait even though my order said it was ready to pickup
Very good, food is great but I never vary from steak and cheese hearty italian. Liked the rancho sauce which they got rid of Parking: Petrol Garage forecourt
Both times I’ve been here the bread had been hard and stale and the way they throw the items in the sandwich is crazy, even though they know you’re watching them they don’t make any effort to put it together evenly or nicely lol, stick to the walsall branch

So childrens meal, if you have just cheese they give you a slice of tiny triangle cheese and try charging you 80p per slice of cheese even though you don't have any other ingredients on‍ after refusing this they they then took this one and the ham and cheese sandwich apart putting the ingredients and bread back among the other ingredients and bread the ham and cheese one was actually wrapped prior to this the lady was handling her phone with the gloves on then came to serve me without actually changing her gloves. Luckily I got the man handled the food. Not a very friendly service both seemed like they didn't want to be there and had the worst customer service.

The guy at the garage desk greeted me and smiled. That little touch of customer service means a lot as you dont have it at most petrol stations! Budgens is known mostly south in and around London and known as a premium brand. Hence why you are welcomed with more expensive product than your usual petrol station. There is a subway connected to the garage and two free cash withdrawal machines. Petrol is linked to ESSO so usually pretty cheap.
