Appalling service this evening. The queue was out of the door, and the single server was sullen and looking at his phone instead of serving the waiting customers. The young lady in front o the queue had to repeat her order because she was ignored the first time. We left and went to Newton instead for clean facilities and a decent service.

Had a job interview here, got told that I'd get a phone call back within a week to let me no if I had the job. After 12 days I rang just to check that they hadn't forgotten (as I believed I had a good chance and interview went well) the manager who I had my interview with quickly told me that the 'bosses were in and she'd call me back in the afternoon' couldn't get me off the phone quick enough. 6 days later still no phone back. Which after noon we talking about, one in July?? Thanks subway, a polite phone call, text or even email just to say I hadn't got it but Thankyou for applying would've helped. Not even any feedback at all!! Absolutely awful.

The slowest service I've ever had at any subway. Staff will drop making your food to go do other duties and keep you waiting before completing your order. It took ten minutes from point of order to sit down with only 1 person in front.
