Submarine Aquatics is a great place to get everything you need to setup a fish tank. They have some very nice ornaments and live plants. I'd recommend going here to maintain the upkeep of your fish tank as they have everything you would ever need.
Potentially I think this store has a lot to offer however when I visited there was one member of staff on and a lot of their racking systems were shut down so livestock wasn’t at full capacity. Fish did look healthy and well maintained. Well stocked with food and medication. Hopefully the next time I visit things will be better.
We came here as we were in the area and were a little disappointed that the store was in a bit of disarray and we couldn't view the koi or pond fish as the section was being used as storage. The staff were very apologetic, helpful and friendly. There was a small range of equipment available however pricing was a little high. There also wasn't a huge range of livestock but what they had seemed to be looked after. I would like to pay a return visit when works are finished and the store is fully open.
They are no longer present within the Johnston's/GardenX store, No updates on there website or face book although Facebook says they have another store in Challock.
Very helpful staff. Lots of good advice. Sold us our tropical kit and helped get it 'cycled' properly before selling us fish.
The chap at Submarine Aquatics didnt get his name but he has a cool if not Harry Potter/ZZ Top esque beard was a star today with my 5 year old son. He helped us get everything we need for his new tank and discussed all of the options we have in regards to fish stock and aquarium products.
Perfect, just purchased the perfect fish that I have been looking for to finish off my home aquarium, staff member Nick very helpful and knowledgeable a credit to the company
It has some stock but if you're going to buy fish I wouldn't recommend it. I wasted a journey as the store had about 3 fish in stock. Very disappointed.
Very helpful, friendly and knowledgeable staff, good selection of marine, tropical, fresh water and pond fish and equipment. Highly recommended, and used by me frequently.
As I need saltwater for my fish tank I always get help from staff as I am on a walking stick they never make it a problem helping me to the car with my containers and always ready with information with all their products they sell
