Fantastic service from initial enquiry to delivery and installation. Everyone we spoke to whether on the shop floor, via email, or on the phone, was polite, courteous, knowledgeable and willing to help in any way they could. I'd definitely recommend Furniture Traders and I will for sure be a repeat customer many times over! Great work! And the best thing? Our beds are the most comfortable beds we've ever had to sleep on! Heaven!
In one word, excellent service,. The delivery staff were courteous and set up the bed/headboard taking away all the packaging. Once again thank you. PS the granddaughter loves her new bed.

Bought my bedroom furniture from here, from the store experience ce to the delivery these guys are fantastic. The guys on the delivery above and beyond with making sure all was well. He even moved my picture for me!! Great team and great service.
Hadn't been in for a few years so was amazed by the extensive range and rooms sets on display, I could tell it had taken a lot of hard work to get to this stage. I purchased a full bedroom furniture set and the process from start to finish was great, the service was excellent, the quality of the furniture is outstanding and had a price to make me smile. The team exceeded my expectations by delivering earlier than the lead time. They carried it up the stairs to my son's bedroom, assembled the furniture, and took all the rubbish. It's good to see that good old traditional service is still being provided by a local company!! Would definitely recommend!
The show room was well laid out with a very good selection of different types of household furniture at competitive prices. The General Manager was most helpful in assisting with the various options and types of dining furniture. The delivery was well organised and communicated and ahead of the original schedule. All in all, a very good service and one in which I will use again. Well done.

Have ordered a couple of things over the years and they are always really helpful in the shop and when delivering the items. Quality products too, recently purchased a dining table and absolutely love it!
