Having spent 15 minutes clearing my car and then driving in to Spalding, I arrived to find a notice on the door to say they were closed due to the snow and had telephoned all clients. Well I had not been telephoned. I wasted time, petrol and considerable energy - being disabled going out in the snow takes some effort - I am now left in a positon where my hair is a mess, I have little time to rearrange an appointment and I am out of pocket. Sadly, not a professional experience at all.
