SturQuest is the community partnership for Sturminster Newton and its surrounding communities. It is run by volunteers with the aims of influencing as appropriate, encouraging when necessary, and directing where possible, the way that our town and surrounding area evolves.
SturQuest’s guiding principle is that any change should be of lasting benefit to the town and its surrounding communities – who are welcome to share in SturQuest’s experience to date in furthering their own projects; and to this end there is an Action Plan, launched in 2003, which forms the basis for keeping effective strategies for social and economic regeneration in the area up-to-date.
