Very impressed with how well our photographer coped with our fairly large family photo shoot. 7 of us plus the two dogs and managed to get through the shoot without any tears...from us or the kids! Very professional. Would deffinitely recommend.
Was given a voucher for my 60th birthday for a family photo shoot, Ross was brilliant putting everyone at ease and getting kids to smile! Not an easy job getting all 11 of us smiling together. Photos are amazing, I would recommend to others.
Had photoshoot in September, got Groupon gift with intention of purchasing 3 generation picture daughter, mother, grandmother. Photographer was fantastic and put us all quickly at ease. Viewing of pictures was also a great experience - had 60 photos to choose from, spoilt for choice, was happy to pay for additional prints with no pressure put on us.
Was here twice in one week. Felt so comfortable with both photographers they were really nice and caring as I explained my anxiety and they were brilliant with me as my anxiety gets bad. They are great at what they do, I absolutely and highly recommend, great experience x
Have hired the use of the studio on several occasions. Found it to be well priced, of comfortable setting and has good parking available for clients. The studio has all the equipment I need to make my imagery and has regular maintenance checks. All in, whenever I can, I use Studio Q. In my experience, I've found it to be good value, in a good location and a good overall professional service.
Very displeased. Went in there as I wanted to recreate an old family photo. Photographer was friendly but that's where the positives end. Was a waste of time. Pictures didn't turn out okay. Fellow at the viewing possibly the owner apologised at their incompetence and still wanted to sell the pictures at regular price. I could have bought some just for my records but I found their customer service way below regular standard.
Paid for a Woucher voucher for a friend's Christmas present. The 'studio' treated her family very badly and were only interested in upselling the hour's photo shoot into more sales. Very unpleasant experience for her family. Resultant photos were overexposed.
Highly recommended! Photographer was brilliant, and brilliant with the kids! Photos looked great and customer service was excellent.
