I am very angry and upset when I went here today, I asked the lady to cut about 3inches off my hair and instead she cut about 10 my hair was to my bum and now it is just under my bra, I am not very happy at all, I can't do anything with it. She said it all needed to come off - no it didn't I only needed 3 inches taking off! I have gone here a long time but I am not going here again.
