The massage was short and not the advertised price. When I checked the details again on google and phoned back, the therapist was unpleasant and slammed the phone down and I had to try 3 more times before they answered and offered a part-refund, which has not arrived (not surprised- they seem to struggle to keep to any promises) I shall refer them to the Trading Standards - in the meantime avoid them - you'll feel better after smacking yourself with a wet kipper than having any treatment here.
