Studio 21 is home to Pilates equipment, rehab and 1:1 sessions, and is located on the 2nd floor, 21 High Street, Yarm.

We have classes to suit all ages and abilities.

Studio 21 has a range of classical Pilates equipment, including the Reformer Machine, Pilates Arc, Ladder Barrel, Pilates Chair, Pilatessticks as well as small studio equipment.

Vicky is the best pilates teacher I have had in more than 8 years of practising pilates.Tailors to individuals in group classes, knows bodies and pilates really well, innovative, patient, encouraging, responsive and always smiling. I could not recommend her more highly!!

Fabulous; i attend both yarm and saltburn studios and i love both. All teachers i have had have been so helpful and therapeutic; classes are small and feel intimate and attending classes has become part of my routine and crucial to my wellbeing. Highly reccomend : x
