Very very bad service. The most useless hub in the world. They will not help you at all. Always had to go the highest authority to get my things sorted out. Will not recommend this uni in general. They took forever to give my degree.
Slow service and unhelpful staff. They don’t act with any urgency or understand your problems.
Shockingly bad student services. The Student Hub is an absolute waste of time! The staff are dismissive and don’t even have the courtesy to listen to your concerns before they dismiss you. Constantly telling you to go to your PAT who will then tell you to go back to the Student Hub!! This university preach about how good their pastoral care is but I have found it is non existent. I think they forget we pay £££ a year for this despicable service!!!
I only deliver there. Very nice people though.
