If I could give them no stars I would. Absolutely diabolical! And a governing body! Don’t waste your time phoning these eejits, they can tell you absolutely nothing. Why do they even exist??

Useless... I overpaid my loan and they continued to take money for 12 months after. Then I had to prove I had overpaid by posting payslips as they don't use emails. Then it takes 20 day for them to review and more time to pay back. Completely unhelpful and out of date.

Zero Stars - one of the worst customer experiences you can expect to receive, whats even more frustrating is that we are paying for this service.  The security questions are the biggest joke, asking for information and dates from over 10 years ago since time of study.  I've never come across an organisation that asks for so many personal details.  The advice i got was to send a letter with my bank details in order to get a refund! Really? Year 2017?

Must have asked me 10 different security questions. Finally asked for my email address, confirmed it and she asked if I had another. I explained I was logged on the site so know for certain that it was the right email.

Honestly, I am certain that it's actually a scam line the amount of information they ask for.

Possibly worse than a government website, help desk is atrocious also. You'd think paying a vast amount of interest would increase the service wouldn't you?!
