I felt as if they were more concerned with upselling than fixing the issues. Would I use this particular branch again ? No. However,  I find the Swaffham branch excellent.

The manager was very helpful,,explaining in great detail what my airconncheck consisted of.required a regas which was carried out on the spot.nGreat service

Have always got on well here in the past hence 3 stars and not 1, but I phoned this morning about a battery and was told they were too busy today to take a look at it. Explained that I had to get it sorted today, but still was told they couldn’t help. Ended the call in disbelief that they couldn’t squeeze in a little job like this. Went to Wilco, got a battery and fitted it myself in less than 10 mins.

Used to come here regularly as always had a great service.nNeeded one new tyre so went in for it to be changed and they tried to upsell me to buying four new tyres instead of just the one with all sorts of random reasons why, to the point they made me feel that it was a big problem having just one new tyre fitted. They backtracked on the tyres age and tread etc when I questioned them further.nThink they saw me as an easy target as a mum with a young child with me and the fact I said I had a new car.nAvoid.

I was booked in for 16.15 for a new tyre and I didn’t get in till 16.45 and was waiting outside for about 10 minutes and someone came out and said what tyre needs to be changed they didn’t even remember what tyre to do and hadn’t even started changing it it eventually got done by 5.20 I was not happy no apology from anybody for waiting all that time
