I needed a tyre fitted last minute on a Saturday, the staff were very accommodating at short notice, particularly on a Saturday afternoon after ringing around almost 10 others who were closing or shut on a Saturday. I was welcomed, felt reassured and treated very well during my visit with regular updates and explanations of options available to me. Overall very happy with service and great value for money also. Thank you!

I was having an issue with my car and the guys managed to fit me in the same day despite being very busy. So happy with the service I received. All the staff are so professional and friendly and really make you feel like a valued customer. Would 100% recommend!

Went to Tyre Pros with a flat tyre and everything was quickly fixed, also I've had an appointment on Saturday to change all the tyres but they had them earlier than expected and got a call if they can fit them while the car is there. Extremely happy with the service provided, they explained me everything that I need to know and what's the best option for my car. Qualitative services and really professional. I'll definitely return to them whenever I'll need something for my car.

Callum and Kevin were a great help for me and my good review is towards them.  Took my company car Arnold Clarke lease to another tyre place, booked a tyre check and they said all tyres had good tread, which I knew was wrong. Spoke to kevin, he pre ordered my tyres for me to arrive and get them fitted before going on a long journey at the weekend. Arrive on site, booked in, tyres checked and new ones fitted. Going back Monday for new back tyres as well as Callum noted these needed replacing.

Amazing staff, always helpful. Get the job done fast and done with excellent care. I've now taken 3 of my cars to them and everytime the work is done a the highest standard.

Customer service was excellent, went beyond and above my expectations. And the car felt well balanced and drove well back to Sussex. I'm so happy and I highly recommend you.

Went to see the guys at Tyre pros yesterday due to needing a new tyre. Went back today to get it fitted and the guys were ever so helpful. They checked all my tyres and booked me in again tomorrow to get the rest sorted. All the guys were professional and polite. No complaints about this service. The manager from the Swaffham branch was there and he was incredibly helpful and patient. Thanks guys.

Took my car into TyrePros for new tyres front and rear, while the wheels were off they checked the disc brakes and took me out to show me the excessive wear, so agreed to having them changed too. Very friendly, quick efficient service. I would thoroughly recommend them

A nail in a rear tyre on my car meant that a puncture repair was needed.  I visited Tyre Pros last year for a new tyre and was impressed with their service and was equally impressed with the way the issue with my tyre was fixed on this occasion.  My car was moved quickly into their workshop, the wheel and tyre removed, the puncture repaired, refitted to the wheel and balanced before being refitted to the car.  The pressure was checked against the other three tyres and the TPMS system reprogrammed as required.  All very professionally completed.  Being relatively new to the area, it’s pleasing to know that there is a tyre depot I can trust when I need their services.

You were friendly and efficient, you gave me good advice, carried out the work there and then and for a very reasonable cost. Excellent service - many thanks.
