We stayed at Struan House as I had heard great reviews from acquaintances and everything they had said was true.nnStruan is perfectly sited in the town and has a resplendent display of flowers outside. On arrival we were greeted by our wonderful hosts who explained our keys, where to eat in the town for dinner, how showers worked, where breakfast will be served, before taking cases up to our rooms.nnOur rooms are very well appointed and as they were to the rear, had great views out to sea. Breakfast is served at a communal table which gives you a chance to talk with other guests. Breakfast itself is whatever you wish, whether a full Scottish or just cereals.nnThe side board is well stocked with cereals, fruit, yoghurt and juice. I'm a tea lady and they stocked Earl Grey which for me was perfect. My companions said the coffee was also good. We all had scrambled eggs and bacon, the bacon was the exact level of crispness for all 3 of us and the scrambled eggs were lovely and fluffy.nnIf you are looking for accommodation in Buckie, do your best to get into Struan, you will not be disappointed.
Absolutely loved our stay here. Friendly hosts, great brekky, lovely room and location is as good as it gets really.

Stayed at Struan House B and B on Christmas Day / night. I arrived early due to slight change in plans. The owner was very kind and checked Me in early .I took my stuff and my dog up stairs. ....the room I had was absolutely beautiful. Decor was so classy but warm and inviting. I had a Seaview room. Bathroom was lovely too..toiletries and lots of fluffy white towels on the heated rail. The bed was comfortable. The tea / coffee facilities were extremely well stocked with a variety of different teas,coffees and biscuits.nThe whole house was decorated so tastefully for Christmas..it felt like stepping into a traditional Xmas film. Was beautiful.nThis morning the owner made me fresh cafetiere of coffee..scrambled egg on toast..yummy! There was a big array of cold choices too.nThe fresh fruit salad was delicious. Apple and orange fruit juices. Cereal and various yoghurt. Seated at a large dining table and got to speak to fellow boarders who were friendly and interesting .nI simply cannot recommend Struan House B and B enough.nAbsolute perfection x
