So easy to book online, immediate phone confirmation and quote. Really clear directions on where to meet when we got off train. Such lovely service we booked our cab back for the next day at the end of the ride. Second taxi just as lovely :-) many thanks! Milla

What a terrible service, called at weekend launch time as needed an urged ride to Stroud and had no other options then to call a taxi, called this nr as saw lots of positive reviews thought can't go wrong. So called just to be told first no car available to send in the next 2 hours called after 2 hours just to be told sorry they can't come and hang-up. Unfriendly, no help, no offer nothing just hang-up? My review for the service I received...0 star out of 5. The way the main driver or who ever is picking up the phone replied is not something you would expect as a customer. Very poor and unfriendly communication overall.
