Awful stn bad signage. One ticket booth. About twenty staff all standing round joking when you ask them a simple question they refer you to the stn office which is closed

New station front at Strood, opened December 2017

They finally put a lift in so much easier to get to and throw platforms and only 5 minutes walk to town centre
