I cannot say enough about how well Fraserburgh Car Sales dealt with me buying one of their cars. Communication was great and they got the car to me over 350 miles away. I really like the car and would recommend them to anyone.

Bought a used car from this outfit a month ago and had nothing but problems with the car, took it back to the three times for them to sort the problems out and they never sorted a thing.  Took the car to a reliable garage and they found a large number of problems with the car.  All problems found with the car that was bought with a full years MOT and no advisories and a claimed service and oil change.........Hole in the exhaust, all spark plugs needed replaced, clutch is on its way out, lots of engine managment codes came up, brake pads were completly gone, handbrake sensor was broken.

**VAN CONFIRMED BEYOND ECONOMICAL REPAIR AFTER 4000 MILES** **2 GARAGES CONFIRMED MOT COULD NOT HAVE BEEN DONE** **CONFIRMED BY THE GARAGE NOT GIVING ME A PENNY BACK** **DO NOT BUY ANY CARS FROM THEM AT ALL** COURT CASE PENDING!!!!!!!!!!  Bought a used van from this garage 10 month's ago, the van came with an MOT with no advisories at all, over £3000 spent, but including bank loan probably say £4500!  Then found out there was a hole in the exhaust, had a new one fitted he agreed to send us £60 towards the £145 Bill, said would arrive on my door mat, still not here 10 months later!  Then while getting the exhaust fitted, the guy said there was a petrol leak, called him, explained the situation and he said would take the van back and fit a new petrol pump which he did Then thought well OK they are a reasonable company, but then we realized as you can see below!!!!!!!  Took the van for an MOT 4000 miles later and has the worst case of corrosion the MOT inspector had even seen on a van, said they had tried to cover it all with under seal, stating impossible for this to happen in 4000 miles, we used the van maybe 20 times in 10 months.  Have sent 2 emails with no replies about refunding me for the van,  so have given them 7 days to do the right thing and will update with progress of any court action etc, or will update a much better review if this is resolved with out the stress and hassle to us all as we have no transport now. please see the failures below! This is an absolute Joke!  MOT Fails after 10 months 4000 miles =================================== Brake fluid warning lamp illuminated 3.6.G.2  Brake pedal has insufficient reserve movement 3.3.A.5  Brake pedal spongy 3.3.B.1b  Windscreen washer provides insufficient washer liquid 8.2.3  Offside Headlamp aim beam image obviously incorrect 1.8.A.1b  Nearside Registration plate lamp not working 1.1.C.1d  Offside Registration plate lamp not working 1.1.C.1d  Brake hydraulic reservoir fluid level below minimum level 3.6.G.1b  Offside Front Brake master cylinder/servo mounting prescribed area is excessively corroded inner wing/chassis 3.6.C.3  Nearside Front Vehicle structure has excessive corrosion which adversely affects braking or steering and offside front chassis 6.1.A.1  Offside Front Front wheel bearing has excessive play 2.5.A.3c  Offside Front Brake pipe inadequately clipped 3.6.B.1  Nearside Front Brake pipe inadequately clipped 3.6.B.1  Offside Front Seat belt anchorage prescribed area is excessively corroded floor/sill 5.2.6  Offside Rear passengers seat insecure 6.2.A.1  Offside Rear Suspension spring mounting prescribed area is excessively corroded sill 2.4.A.3  Nearside Rear Suspension spring mounting prescribed area is excessively corroded sill 2.4.A.3  Rear Vehicle structure excessively corroded within 30cm of towbar mounting 6.6.6  Nearside Rear Suspension spring mounting prescribed area is excessively corroded inner wing front and rear 2.4.A.3  Offside Rear Suspension spring mounting prescribed area is excessively corroded inner wing front and rear 2.4.A.3  Nearside Front Steering component mounting prescribed area is excessively corroded chassis 2.2.C.1h  Offside front brake recording little or no effort 3.7.B.5a  Nearside rear brake recording little or no effort 3.7.B.5a  Service brake: efficiency below requirements 3.7.B.7  Parking brake: efficiency below requirements 3.7.B.7  Front Brakes imbalanced across an axle 3.7.B.5b  Rear Brakes imbalanced across an axle Axle 2 3.7.B.5b  Advisory notice items ===================  Front brake discs rusted  Offside Front radiator support cross member rusted and fractured  Nearside Front sill rusted outwith prescribed area  emission test not carried out concerned over timing chain THE VAN WAS ON ITS LAST LEGS, HOLES IN THE EXHAUST, PETROL PUMP LEAK, CORRODED IN THE WORST POSSIBLE CONDITION UNDERNEATH AND STILL CHARGED US FULL BOOK PRICE FOR THE VAN, I THINK HE LEFT SMILING WHILE WE HAVE NO TRANSPORT AND BEEN IN A DEATH TRAP WITH OUR FAMILY DRIVING AROUND!

Bought a Ford focus ecoboost 14 plate 8 month ago,, gearbox knackered, wouldn't recommend these crooks to anyone

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS DEALER HE IS A CROOK AND A CONMAN. THERE ARE MUCH BETTER DEALERS IN ABERDEENSHIRE AND YOU WILL LOSE OUT IF YOU BUY FROM HIM
