Fantastic facility. Easy to book, easy to check in and all very organised. Helpful staff. Everything you could possibly need including clothing if you don't have your own. Spacious lockers, plenty of choice for food and drink etc. We went at 6pm on a Saturday and found the slope to be fairly quiet. Really great experience and would highly recommend
I booked a 5-hour snowboarding lesson. On arrival I was welcomed by a team member who told me the whole booking in process. Picking up the equipment, the clothing and boots was all very seamless. The lesson was great fun and very intensive. We then took a break for food, which was very good. Charlie our instructor, made very pleasant conversation and was interested in knowing what each of his fellow "students of the board" did in life. We then resumed the lesson for a further 2 hours. Charlie made the lesson fun and engaging with all the students being involved. We progressed from nothing to carving our way down the slope. Thank you Charlie P, you made my day.
Very expensive compared to other soft play centres but much bigger. They also have Laser quest and trampoline games which project yourself on a screen in front of you so you're in the game included in the price. The kids enjoyed it, and it wasn't busy at all during the Easter holidays
Great place to ski and board on real snow with a long enough slopes to keep it real and interesting. So much better than artificial mat slopes. Really well organised equipment hire area with weighing scales to setup bindings and friendly knowledgeable staff. The higher skis we had ran and carved really well. Very good value for money amenity.
Went on the snow park with the kids, good fun for an hour but a bit lacking on activities but absolutely fine for two young lads. Sledging, luge and donut rings plenty of fun in a safe environment and snow in the middle of summer who can argue with that
Registered level 1 snowboarding course. The coach was very patient to train all members, they will make sure of your safety, so you can enjoy the whole session. It was definitely a fun experience, will register the next level for sure!
Our 6 year old started learning to ski in May and as progressed very well, she is now skiing from the top of the main slope and developing her skills. She loves it. Most of the instructors are very good and get on the childs level. The facilities are great, staff are friendly and welcoming. I'd definitely recommend this activity to anyone.
This is a great place to ski and snowboard. The snow is good, almost like real. The equipment available is good. The changing/prep areas are modern and clean. The other businesses on site are handy too, food and drink are good and well priced, there's ski shops etc too.
It is nice for a family day out, good enought facilities. Can be impoved with cleaning and sanitizing helmets. Please smell test helmets before lending to customers.
This was the first time I skied at Chill Factore. My first impression was good as the lady at the reception was friendly and helpful who told me everything about what I needed to know. The rental area was under renovation so was a bit noisy. The skiing area was properly managed. The reasons I gave it a 4–star were, firstly, the gears were worn so as the lockers: Not until I inserted a coin in it I found the key was gone. I gotta asked the staff at rental for help and he found someone to fix it quickly. Secondly because the poor design of the car park and the ruthless of the back office. When I left and found my car was stuck at the car park, I went to the reception for help. A staff named Cath called the back office but I was told they could do nothing for it. Fortunately, Cath instructed me getting out the parking lot, though still not successful. Finally I could escape from it as the car behind me moved out. My thanks to all the staff, in particular Cath, who made me an enjoyable skiing morning. Even though some flaws, I still recommend it especially the beginner. It’s a good place to learn skiing before you go to a ski trip.
