On 22nd December 2017 I phoned street cars Dunston for a taxi and was told it would be around hour wait which is far too long. A lady who was standing next to me phones, street cars gets a taxi within ten minutes, she's a friend of one one of the taxi drivers suprise. Find it disgusting that that they putting family and friends before, customers. No wonder hardly any one uses their taxis. It be Dean taxis from now on.

Asked for a taxi that I could pay in card in and when it got here the driver got all stroppy saying I haven't got a card machine ..also it was a blue line taxi had I known dunston taxis had been taken over by them ibwould not have rang for one in the first place..absolute terrible customer service
