Quite simply an awesome cooked breakfast... At £13.50 not the cheapest around but it was worth every penny, top quality, perfectly cooked, and delicious. Coffee was good too as was the service with a smile in nice surroundings.
Best breakfast we have had in norwich for a long time. Young lady that served us was fantastic. Sausages were lovely and my griddle bread was banging. Will defo be back. Thanks again
Worthy of 5 stars. This was the first time I've visited. I can't quite believe it's taken me so long to do so. On entry you have to wait to be seated. But, we were warmly greeted by a member of staff. Who showed us to our table and mentioned that there would be a 40 minute wait for food. Not to worry, it was a quick pit stop for a coffee and scone. Which wasn't a problem for the staff. t was very busy at the time of visiting. That didn't seem to bother the staff who were dashing around with all of the orders. After around 10 mins our scones arrived and they were perfect. My wife went for a cheese scone which came with cream cheese and an onion chutney. I plumed for the fruit scone which came with clotted cream and jam. Both scones were £3.80 each. Well worth the money as they were delicious. Along with the latte and cappuccino it came to £13.20. There was a really good vibe about the place and you could see why it was so popular. We will definitely be heading back for a breakfast as they looked delicious too.
I wish I'd been here sooner! Brunch was superb. Service was quick also very friendly. Not too busy at 12.30pm, easily got a table. Food came quickly.
Lovely little cafe very homely, good music in the backround I mean abit of Bob marley playing as you walk in the place is a winner for me. good portion sizes and you can have a beer with your breakfast! In my opinion I like the street cafe better than the olive there's not much in it but the atmosphere in the street cafe is more our cup of tea we will definitely be back. Top marks food was delicious!
One of the best places in Norwich for breakfast. Prices very reasonable and staff super friendlyRecommended dishesThe Vegan Breakfast
just polished off ‘the vegan breakfast’; can tell it’s locally sourced quality food with the best homemade touch. my family had ‘the challenge’ and boy was it a challenge !!! everything was cooked to perfection, you get your money’s worth in food / drink, the staff are wonderfully beautiful people...and did i mention the decór is cute? cannot wait for this to become my local breakfast / lunch dining experience
Nice cafe. Pleasant staff. Lovely drinks. The breakfast was good although not to my taste. Expensive for what it is in my opinion but wouldn't stop me going back Worth a visit!Food: 4/5
An excellent breakfast, nice place and friendly staff. My partner loved her full English. I enjoyed most of my old English breakfast, but regret my choice as it needed something wet, likes beans or tomatoes on it. My fault, I'll give one of the others a go next time!
I just wasn't that impressed with the place. Good points: The freakshakes are great The portion size was great The eggs were definitely fresh The bread was lovely and fresh Not So Good Points: The sausages seem to be lacklustre The bacon was rather salty The "griddled bread" was sort of chewy and unpleasant. All in All, I wouldn't rush to go back as there are better breakfasts available around Norwich but I wouldn't go out of my way to avoid it if I'm passing and hungry.
