Meet and greet at the airport, what a joke. Our plane landed at 9.30 pm and we eventually got our pre booked taxi at 11pm. They were very professional when I arranged it and they made sure they had all the return flight details and ensured me that they keep an eye on the timings and the taxi is sent as soon as the plane lands in order to be there when you have collected your luggage. When we did eventually get into the taxi, the driver said he had not been called until 10.05pm, 35 minutes after the plane had landed. He also turned up at arrivals, not at the departures where we had been told by the company to go to. He then told us he wasn't allowed to go to the place where we were by security, which resulted in us dragging all our luggage down two flights of stairs and walking 200 yards across a car park in order to meet him on the main road. In the past we have used both Littleborough and Milnrow taxis when they were individual companies. I'm afraid that this large combined company has now lost its personal touch. I certainly won't rush to use them again and wouldn't recommend them to anyone else.

On average, after ringing for a taxi, expect to wait at least 20 - 25 minutes for it to arrive.

Worst experience ever! Said it was going to be 10 minuits and half an hour later still no sign of it!!! And then had to ring back for the 3rd time and then said they would send another one out! I was then nearly half an hour late for my appointment. Highly recommend using a different taxi company!
