Hi again, this is the second review for Jack! Jack supplied some gravel bike tyres to me and after a couple of rides I noticed a wobble in both tyres which I brought to his attention, after taking a look he replaced with a new set only to find the same issues. Jack offered me a different brand with a higher price tag and fitted at no extra cost top class service Jack. I also purchased three sets of rimpact kits which he also fitted FREE OF CHARGE!!!
Had my bike in for a service and had some cables and pads changed. I was really happy with everything. Will be going back in the future. Would recommend.

I had problems with my ebike missing gears, Wheel Works advised that I needed a new chain ring, chain and cassette. Wheel Works replaced parts and set up the bike within a week. Very professional service from Jack @ wheel works. Took my nukeproof pulse in for a full suspension service and wheel true after a nasty downhill crash. Jack sourced the few new parts I needed quickly and fixed everything up within a few days, bike rides like it's brand new again. Jack will be my go to mechanic from now on.
