I rarely write reviews but the exceptional customer service provided by Gary Stewart recently has prompted me to do so. From the moment we my son and I were browsing through to driving away in my lovely new car, he was brilliant to deal with. Knowledgeable, personable, friendly and not at all pushy. At my age 67, I’ve met many salesmen over the years. Gary is one of the absolute best! Thank you again for all your help
I'm not one for reviews, but Stratstone BMW Tyneside, and in particular, Louis Do sale exec deserve a 5* rating. An incredibly smooth, informative, and customer-focused sales experience! Louis is incredibly well-informed, and communicates with precision and efficiency at every step of the way from first-meet through to handover. I'm normally very wary of sales people and their pitch, but Louis put me and my family at ease, and I never felt pressured. Oh, and the car is nice too! I look forward to dealing with Louis, and Stratstone BMW Tyneside again in the very near future!
Incredible experience!! I took my car into Stratstone Tyneside BMW on Monday and was dealt with by Tom, who by the way is a credit to Stratstone!! Tom was on his own on Monday due to staff illness so I thought he might try to rush me through the process… how wrong I was! Tom discussed everything with me I needed to know including the lovely courtesy car I was to take away, his customer service skills are incredible. I knew my car needed work so was dreading the phone call later, however when Tom called he asked if I’d received the health check video and if I’d had time to watch it, I had and we discussed my options for which work was necessary and which could wait. Tom also discussed my payment options should I get the work carried out. I have collected my car today which feels brand new and Toms service was again incredible and he came across as a genuinely nice person, not one of those dreaded salesmen you sometimes get! In summary, Tom at Stratstone Tyneside BMW is an absolute credit to the company and I will never take my car anywhere else!!

Had a X3 recall from BMW and took it to Stratstone BMW to have it sorted. Same flawless service I’ve always received from these ladies and gents. Car was washed and vacuumed and in as new condition. No wonder I keep going back. Thanks for the coffee Jason, enjoyed the craic, very informative. Previous recommendation below - Had my X3 serviced here yesterday. Very professional, loan car provided FOC and a very helpful friendly service. Stratstone are my preferred dealership for BMW although their are other BMW Dealerships much closer to my home address, which were sadly disappointing.
My BMW X3 2.0 D M sport was at Stratstone BMW Silverlink dealership today for its service. Excellent and professional service right from the initial booking in with the help of Damian Maughan who I have to say is an outstanding ambassador for the company. Meredith the customer retention manager called me back to confirm the booking which I thought was an excellent follow up. Wayne checked me in this morning and provided a beautiful courtesy car for the day. I arrived to collect the car at 5pm and as promised the car was ready to go. Sheree Ross was kind enough to explain the bill to me clearly and checked my understanding. I cannot praise the service enough 5 stars as I can’t give 6! Well done Thank you
