Just want to say  BIG thank you to all the guys at Strathlene GC. Myself and my wife recently played here for only £12 per head and found the whole course, clubhouse, friendliness of the place to be 100%. We couldn't believe the high standard of the course and the greens for the amount we paid. We were welcomed by the captain, Sandy as well as the steward, Rob - both were an asset to the club.They immediately welcomed us and really made us feel welcome. In addition, the seniors were playing and likewise, they also welcomed us with open arms. A fantastic place and one that we would recommend to any golfer out there. Once again, thanks guys. One of my local courses (yes we're spoiled for choice), Strathlene though not the longest provides a challenge for all levels of Golfer.
A photographer would not know where to shoot first as each step you take provides a fantastic panorama of this beautiful part of the country.
The undulations and sometimes subtle  borrows on the greens can challenge the best, the only blot being the result of changing climates, which has resulted in drainage issues, which I am sure the presiding committee will address given the funds to do so.
Any millionaires feeling generous please note!

Excellent coastal location on the Moray Coast a must see when the gorse is in full bloom

Recommended to us by someone locally. And ended up staying 5 days in area. Lovely views.
