I have used Statford Self Store for storing my personal belongings on and off for the last 10 years and have found the company to be very professional and proficient in their service. Its a family run business and the owners and their staff are always very helpful and accommodating. Its nice to deal with a business with such a personable service. I would very much recommend this storage company ps. I love their dog too always puts a smile on my face! and Martin who helped me with my removals was very good and helpful too, nothing was too much for him.

These are not climate controlled facilities - just a converted warehouse, so be careful what you need to store. First floor units are a pain to access as the lifts are slow. The roof has also leaked in recent past. Staff are friendly and helpful, but owners are rude and lack any customer empathy. Due to many empty units, they increased their prices significantly - including for existing and loyal customers. These should have stayed the same. Please note: we vacated our unit on the 6th of the month and they refused to pay us back the 3 weeks remaining of the month. They said it was in the contract. We did get 2 weeks back after much arguing and now the owners have blacklisted us from ever using their facility again. I doubt if we will be using them again!
We needed a stop gap between moving my elderly Mums house furniture into a small flat and didn’t know what would fit, Therefore Stratford Storage assisted with a vital place to hold the items until we could decide where they were to go. Great family feel service is always helpful and the password code assures you that your items are safe. Highly recommend the Service and have already referred other to them for similar storage space.
I have used Stratford Self Store for around 15 years. They always go the extra mile. Security is a priority. The premises have always been immaculately maintained. Great service. Would highly recommend.
Very friendly and efficient service every time. It is always so clean and tidy and a very well maintained place! Having used this Storage facility for the past 8 years I have never been disappointed, very easy to access with great staff! Thank you!
People are really nice, they help as much as allowed, the lady who pointed me in the right direction was special and the reason I say that is she had a massive German shepherd with her and i wanted to keep my body intact,done.
Used Stratford Self Store for over 3yrs. Always friendly and professional people around, and the site and units are clean and tidy.
A fantastic storage facility with friendly staff. Prices are competitive and yet reasonable. Facilities are next to none, clean, easily accessible, everything needed to store everything from a house move to business products of which we stored both. The team in reception are welcoming and very approachable and always say hello with a smile. Even the family dog Diesel greets with a smile! A highly recommended family run and local company well worth the 5 star rating!
Good place but staff had lost key to our unit. Admittedly, we hadnt been there for years. They sorted it out pretty quickly.
