Great location for shows..just a short wander back. Rooms lovely and comfortable and spotless..not the largest of rooms but fine for sleeping and putting feet up after sightseeing.  Staff lovely and attentive/efficient.  Wonderful surprise to find birthday balloon, card and chocolates for husband on bed on arrival.  Breakfast, fantastic buffet selection.  Will be my first choice when seeing shows...no rushing for the tube!

Stayed in a deluxe double room which was very nice and recommended.  The complimentary bar was well equipped.nBed was very comfy.  The bathroom was very clean.nGreat location for visiting the theatre.nCheck in staff very friendly and professional.nWe had a lovely stay and will definitely visit again.

This was a wonderful trip. The staff were welcoming and friendly and so attentive. The room was immaculate. The afternoon tea was amazing and the detail and effort from the team for My boyfriends birthday was first class. Thank you so much. We will be returning.

Fantastic location for London attractions. Restaurant/bar staff generous with freebies if an order is wrong or late.nnNice classy atmosphere.nnThe king size bed seems to be 2 beds pushed together which creates a dip in the bed which is a bit uncomfortable.nnNo fridge in the room, but I’m just nit picking. Overall I enjoyed and will stay again due to its location value overall.

We stayed 2 nights. Middle of the week for a conference and we loved everything about this property!!! Very very clean, new bathrooms and the rooms were kind of small but not uncomfortable! We had chocolates and cookies with tea in the room both days, they were delicious!!! The location is the best! In the middle of Trafalgar Square!! Very convenient to shop and theaters all around! But it was very quiet! The only thing we didn’t like is that the beds were kind of hard and they put 2 twins together to make it a long and nothing in the middle to make both bed seemingly look like one, but we got a good night sleep both nights not bad or any body aches  we have been to London 4 times and have stayed at different properties, this one has been our favorite so far!
