Had a fantastic stay at the strand with my family, staff are friendly and attentive. Rooms are nice and cosy. Great location for the theatre shops and tube stations. Would definitely come back.
The food was quite dry as it was not very busy and looked like it had been sat on the hot plates for some time. There was large portions provided and more available if wanted. All in all overpriced for the meal.
Great value carvery for lunch. Beautifully cooked food and amazing service.
Service good, food very tasty, Christmas dinner with my son very relaxing. Staff very caring and attentive.
