How this place has a five star review is beyond me. I took my dog here and told them what was wrong (a skin issue), the "vet" asked "would you like us to look at her hair? “ OK was my reply. I asked if her claws could be clipped as I pay for the healthy pet plan. That was done. I was then told to go to reception for some antibiotics. At reception I asked what the cost was (of the antibiotics)? £110.00!!!! I asked for what? A consultation, lab test on the hair, antibiotics and vat. At no time did I have a consultation unless you can class hello as a consultation!! Asking me if I want the vet to look at her hair?  at no time does a lab get mentioned. The fees were never mentioned until the receptionist gave them to me. I've called to complain but the manager has never bothered to contact me. I will be taking my dog elsewhere in the future as Stow vets are well below par. Bad service, bad treatment(dog still has same issue) , bad show!
