I bought a replacement inner tube and after experiencing a fitting problem I took the wheel in half an hour later to ask for some help fitting it. After several snide comments towards me I offered to take my business elsewhere.
I'm not in the habit of leaving negative reviews, but I will be going elsewhere in future.

Top bloke I took my bike into another well known cycle/car store a day before but the attitude I got was terrible and they asked me to bring my bike back a week later as they were too busy, This guy S S Cycles  was so much more welcoming over the phone and also when I called in and he did the job within 30 mins, I would highly recommend him and will definitely go back if I need advice/repairs again.

Fixed the bike, very reasonable. Just don't need them to tell me how rubbish the bike is, sometimes people should learn to keep their opinions to themselves.

Excellent & Friendly service, took my electric bike to have wheels trued and  a general service, bike was done same day. Wil use again and recommend to all! Thanks again Tim top man!
