New patient requested repeat prescription asked for an extra item and was told by the receptionist to go and buy it from the chemist. Don't know if she was having a bad day but her mannerism towards myself and another person was disgusting, I have yet to see a doctor don't feel comfortable asking.

I think this practice is amazing, anyone who needs a doctor sees a doctor and doesnt have to wait two weeks for an appointment, all the doctors, nurses and receptionists are polite and understanding, well done everyone.
