Their customer service is terrible right from the start they are so rude.  But we bought windows and conservatory in a deal and it was cheap but when they fitted it the doors never opened and closed properly and there were leaks in the conservatory from above all of the time and when we complained they would not come out and fix it but by then they had all of the money.

I popped into this place to see what was happening and I found them very rude to deal with.  The son was in the office and came up behind me intimidating me.  I would stay away from this place it is not a friendly customer service.
