A few years ago Dave helped fix a leak in the roof. Last October he helped us again. In Feb 2023 we booked them to do a bigger job - replace the skylights, felt lathe and batons. All quoted and ready to go and then all of a sudden vanished into thin air. No communication, no messages. My last message was me asking to transfer money. Now I've seen a new review has gone up on Check a Trade just as I thought something terrible had happened to him. Unprofessional, unreliable behaviour. If you cannot or do not want to do a job, just be honest - it's really stressful having a leaking roof. Another roofing company completed the work within a couple weeks of contacting. Very disappointing experience.
First class service. Punctual, polite and very tidy. They're happy to explain what they are doing / what needs to be done...and don't shake their heads with great intakes of breath, like some! Great value and one very happy customer.
Really good service and didn’t cut a single corner. It was clear their only objective was to do the job properly. I have no complaints whatsoever and would highly recommend
Fascias sofits and gutters all done in upvc. Very neat and tidy workmanship.
Very good back up service.
Doesn't come with volcano insurance.
