Brilliant team! Brilliant service! Special shout out to Shanti who is super positive and an Apple genius. You saved my life!
Many of the shops was closed unfortunately... But still the shopping centre is clean it had sanitisers everywhere. Would have given 5* if I had better choices:
Shop assistants NEVER answer the phone so even for a smallest query you must be present at the store. Even if you are lucky to get through and they promise to return a call, they never bother do it either.
Awful customer experience. Never again. Was bought new Apple watch for birthday. Didn't power up, didn't charge properly. Took it back with receipt and they claimed there was nothing wrong with it and charged £25 'restocking fee' to return faulty goods.
Terrible communication, cannot give clear guidance, very very unfriendly, not helpful at all. go straight to apple if you need any service, Stormfront will waste your time.
