I never new this place existed but when I discovered it. It realy made me happy. Stuart Willcox the manager went through the whole process. Answered all my questions and was just really helpful. Everything feels safe and secure. I will definitely be using Storage Mart for my storage again!

they took money from my account without a direct debit or authorization and payed another persons storage then charge me for late payment, they did not send out a invoice before the payment was due even though they took an email address for it. then did the same to a friend...they priced my unit and three days later sold the same size unit for £8.00 per week less and would not price match and told me I picked a dearer unit ,when you have no choice over witch unit you get ..very poor service.

So far, so good. Friendly, helpful staff that made arranging our storage unit very simple. From our initial enquiry, being shown the sizes available & what would best suit our needs to signing up for our little unit. There was no push to try & get us to go for something bigger than we needed, just helpfully advised that if we found we did need to upsize that wouldn't be a problem. Access is simple to sort out, the hours you can visit your unit are pretty good too...right up to 10p.m. The premises are secure, well lit and generally cool inside to help protect your items.
