Jet and Tim were both very helpful and a pleasure to deal with. We would definitely use them again. A&J Removals, who are associated with Storage King Worcester, were also fantastic. Nothing was too much trouble and we had made some new friends when they had finished!

I have used Storage King Worcester for business storage for a number of years and found the service to be first class. 24 hour secure access is essential for my business and this is available. The facility is always immaculate, everything is clean, organised and working. Jet and Tim have always looked after me and my business and provided a great service and conversation. I have used a number of storage facilities over the years but Storage King Worcester have provided the best service so I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone.

Tim sorted us a good deal with 50% off our first month, also helping us set up the contract quickly considering our lack of free time due to work. Access to the storage unit is 27/7 using keycodes to access the unit. This was really handy as we only had the nights after work to move our furniture into the unit. We would definitely recommend Storage King.

Cannot praise the staff enough; they are friendly & always obligingly helpful. We needed to store half of our household belongings due to a house move, having sold our old house & the new one still being built, we had to rent a property which was far smaller and part furnished. All I can say is that Storage King Worcester made this less stressful, we were able to make as many trips to & from the storage locker, at our own convenience. The facility is available 24/7, is very secure, reasonably priced, easy to use and is always clean & bright. We would be pleased to recommend this to anyone who needs storage.

Fantastic facility, all clearly explained how to use. Kitchen and toilet facilities on site are very helpful when offloading furniture for the best part of a day. Most importantly I can rest assured my goods are secure as it has round the clock CCTV !
