Storage facility was easy to use, but the contract set-up is confusing and you end up paying much more than you expect. I would not recommend unless you have the time and patience to deal with them.

I had a really great experience using Storage King - the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful in ensuring I was signing up for the right size unit. They were also fantastic at recommending removals services when I was moving house. The price per month is wholly reasonable, and I had no issues when I needed to extend the time I kept the storage unit. Checking out was also super simple: just 14 days’ notice was required when needing to empty my unit. Secure access is available 24/7, which was really useful. The site is very secure and easy to transport heavier items to units on different floors there are large lifts and trolleys. I would definitely recommend Storage King and will use again if I find myself needing to do so.
Absolutely ideal for my short term storage needs. Easy to find out what was available in terms of locker sizes and get booked. The staff there were really helpful and friendly. I found the place simple enough to use and had no problems getting in or out at various times of day or night! I thought the price for a month very good and even when you factor in the need for padlock and insurance. I would happily use again if I had storage needs.
I needed to re-organise storage I had elsewhere so I hired a unit for 3 months 1st month free offer. All good. Staff were helpful, space was clean and accessible - but access was by a normal door so you would have had trouble with big-big stuff. Maybe they have other units for big-big stuff... In the building my unit was in there was a lift for stuff but there is no lift for humans so if you have trouble with stairs you need to talk with the staff about that for a ground floor unit. The key entry system could be safer but you can put a lock on your unit and there are camera's everywhere so ultimately there is enough safety for me. Interestingly they have sensors in many places and you should use the code to exit even though the gate may be automatic as well as to enter if you want the best security. My other storage is cheaper and nearly as safe so after 3 months I moved out - otherwise would have stayed happily.
