I would like to say that I have found all the staff, especially Alex, the Manager, extremely helpful and friendly. Even when I wasn't absolutely sure of the size of storage I would need there was no hesitation from Alex that it would definitely be accommodated - which it was. This took most of the worry away from the whole move. I would have absolutely no hesitation in recommending Exeter Storage Factory to anyone in need of safely storing their belongings. I have, in fact, recommended to two friends who intend to use it next year. Val Joyce

The Storage Factory has been a godsend for my parents home contents after moving to a nursing home. It is just down the road, so really handy and so secure. Access security is amazing and the unit itself is completely airtight. Alex is always a pleasure to deal with. Highly recommended.

From the moment we walked into the Storage Factory office we had a very warm greeting from Alex and received detailed information on the units etc. Both Alex and Alison have always given excellent customer service, make you feel very welcome and been very helpful. The units are great and several to choose from. Would recommend Storage Factory to anyone.

Nothing but good to say, very secure and dry - perfect for me to store electronic equipment. The local Manager Alex is really very helpful and nothing is too much trouble. Went out of his way to make me feel welcome when I first signed up. I can truly recommend the Storage Factory Exminster.
