Usually have a fantastic experience at this salon but not tday,wish I had booked in with Beth who has always been fab! Senior stylist Lorraine had no idea what I had booked in for but carried on regardless, tried to explain what I wanted but just didn't listen which ended in poor results, I won't be back.
