If this is the best artisan pizza in Wales I feel sorry for the Welsh! Such a poorly executed pizza, far too much cheese which came off in congealed lumps even though it was still warm. Clearly poor quality ingredients. The take out pizza wasn't even cut, which made eating it quite a challenge!
As Italian I can say that this place is my favourite where to go to eat a proper pizza. It is a little restaurant situated in a small village, the atmosphere is powerful and special. I can't describe the rich flavour of the meal, you have to try it.
We had some amazing and authentic pizza and really enjoyed the outside space facing the vegetable garden!
A local pizza restaurant that actually offers the best fresh pizza around. They also offer a fresh burger which my son had he is a chef or was and he said it was one of the best he has had. All staff very friendly and the ambiance is just right.
