A fantastic find for the second week of January!  So convenient to Stonehenge but beautiful in its own right and very peaceful.  We received a wonderful warm welcome when we arrived on Friday afternoon with our caravan with hard standing and a fully serviced pitch; the wardens here are so helpful.  They recommended the Boot pub within walking distance and with a log fire.  The perfect place to spend a Sunday lunchtime!  We recommend both this pub and the campsite; you won't go wrong!  Thank you.

Brilliant place... have returned 4 years running for the summer solstice festival!! Something for everyone & lovely friendly people who run it... looking forward to our 5th visit in June!

Very tight small site had to wait for the warden to finish lunch before he would come out to book us in even though they new we were due. Booked an extra large RV pitch which was very small for a 4 berth caravan and awning could not get the car on the pitch  as we do with caravan club had to park in front of the caravan partly on the grass and rd. Porta cabins for toilets and showers block yes they were clean apart from other users bringing mud in on the floors had to pay extra for showers,hairdryer yes it goes to charity but it would have been nice to be told prior to booking.. The hand drier never worked. Staff not as friendly as they should be the lady is very offish so will not be going back barking at everyone near by. Not being able to use the washer and dryer after 4pm us silly as most people come back after 4pm  after a day out and want to clean there muddy clothes. In adequate lighting by the gate do when you come back after 8pm you have to unlock the gate and need to use a torch to see which is fine if you have 3 hands. Not child friendly at all no play equipment and was scouled at if our child got a soft sponge tennis ball out.

Disappointed. Showers require extra donation to local air ambulance... Happy to donate to worthy cause, but disappointed to have to pay extra for a basic service, especially when they we're in need of a good clean.  Main area looks neat but really didn't get a good look... we and traveling companions were allocated pitches well away from main area "in the top paddock".
