I have been receiving treatment from Jay for about 18 months now, she is perfecting my smile. Since the beginning of my treatment I have found her very informative and professional, I now know so much about my own teeth and how to succeed with my treatment. I travel a 30 mile round trip to see Jay simply because of the attention to detail and the care I receive. I have now started seeing Dani for aesthetics and I wouldn't go anywhere else.

After numerous consultations to have my teeth straightened I decided to use Jay. She talked me through time scales and what to expect. The whole process took approx 9 months and I can honestly say I am thrilled with the results. Jay gave me feedback at every appointment. She is professional, friendly and reassuring. I would definitely recommend.

Jay Wilson fitted me a lingual brace on my lower teeth ...after 5 months I was asking questions regarding pain I was experiencing etc, she ignored me and within 5 minutes I was out of the chair. My monthly adjustments were rushed and it seemed like she didn't care and she didn't explain anything she was doing or gave me any feedback what so ever. My teeth were going out of line and my canine teeth were moving backwards and then forwards I was at this point experiencing jaw pain. She refused to take any responsibility and acknowledge her wrong doing. By 8 months my brace was due to come out although my teeth were in a much worse state than when I started my treatment. I decided I had no choice but to leave Stoke Bishop Practise after feeling traumatised my the experience and I didn't feel I could trust her and thought she would make my teeth go more out of line and further worse my open bite. I have now found another Orthodontist which he estimated he could fix my teeth within 2 months and I am currently seeing him. He stated Jay had put a kink in wire when wires should be straight to achieve good results. Jay refused to refund me any money or compensation due for her very poor work. I am so glad I left Stoke Bishop Practise to find a professional and experienced Orthodontist that is rectifing Stoke Bishop Practise incompentency and straighting my teeth and I should be having my brace out after one more adjustment.

Excellent practice. Service is always consistently high. Staff are really friendly and always explain procedures. Paul is an excellent dentist.
