First time I have been to Stockton, the stadium is on the local 6th form college grounds, great people with proper non-league vibe, worth a visit if in the area or you are a groundhopper, plenty of parking in the college too
Whilst I'm not a lover of modern identikit caged grounds, I do enjoy a visit here. The plastic surface always produces decent standard of football and you always know the game will be on. Clubhouse is large and good and they pull in a good crowd despite not being easiest trip on public transport. Regularly use a visit here as a fall back on bad weather days, of which there are plenty
Got spanked 5-1 today by Stockton who are deservedly top of the league. The windy conditions made it very difficult for good football but Stockton managed the conditions so much better than Sheffield and was reflected in the scoreline though the Sheffield players put a really good shift in trying to contain the Stockton team. The ground set up was really good and the Stockton staff and officials were first class and welcoming.

Although i left many years ago, I was born and spent my early childhood in stockton so its always a club I have an affinity for, facilities are fairly basic but very spacious with 2 small stands, and a small covered terrace section , the rest of the ground is flat and open, there is a refreshment kiosk selling the usual football fayre Inc the famous teesside 'parmo'.and a separate can bar kiosk. The main clubhouse which also contains a small club shop is across the car park, programmes and raffle tickets are also available, there is normally a good atmosphere here as as the fans tend to be vociferous but in a friendly and non hostile manner, If I had to critical the ground could do with more toilet facilities as there seems to be only set available which does result in having queue at times but apart from that, all in all a very enjoyable ground to visit
