Stocksbridge Community Leisure Centre is South Yorkshire’s largest community owned and operated sporting facility, providing a range of activities and facilities to the Upper Don Valley area.
The centre has recently undergone a huge refurbishment carried out entirely by local volunteers and trades people, supported by donations from local businesses, individuals and both Sheffield City Council and Stocksbridge Town Council.
We have the largest indoor Bowling Green for 30 miles providing superb facilities for bowlers. We also have a fantastic Sports Hall, a fully equipped Gym and three squash/racquetball courts. We can equip our facilities to suit your sporting needs. We also have a meeting room, The Moorland Suite, which can accommodate up to 30 people for business meetings.
