As a current student I am very disappointed. The most basic thing any educational system should provide is a CLASS ROOM but in the course access to HE diploma the college hasn’t provided a class and we’ve been sent to Stockport homes to study sometimes they don’t even provide their place so we had to do the lessons online. This should have been solved during the summer break so students precious academic year wouldn’t have been affected.
Terrible experience. For over a week I tried to get a definitive answer on how to enrol. The automated phone message cut me off twice. I finally received an email telling to go to the Stretford campus, with a list of dates, but today I was told on arrival that I'd come at the wrong time, and the receptionist would not allow me to enrol. Avoid as if your life depends on it.
Horrible college went here and the WiFi would always be so slow or it would be down and when you try to log in your account you get blocked and when asked the IT department they would take ages to fix your account and the tutors still expect you to do their irrelevant work that doesn’t add up to the course you have chosen. Stay away from this college rude and disrespectful managers included who don’t care about your wealth being.
They always have some sort of IT issue so they send random messages to students about attendance or certificates when neither is as issue. Some staff members are unorganised so it messes up the course work along with some moving jobs often then being replaced by new staff which is hard to keep up with, certain staff members Emmy from careers her attitude and choose of words is disgusting as she basically will tell you that you should give up and there’s no point if you are not an high achieving student. There’s also a lack of seating areas in the collage which means half the time your just loitering around stood somewhere as there’s really no space to be in between lesson breaks. If you want to just get on with your shit and do everything yourself then this collage is for you.
Received an email to collect my certificate from the front desk, turned up and apparently me and hundreds of others turned up and didn't receive them because it was sent in error.nnI've now been told I have to pay £50 to have it reprinted out because they've already sent it!nnAvoid and go somewhere else, Couldn't organise a party in a brewery.
